SFMTA Planner Forest Barnes speaks with a community member at an outreach event. Making transportation accessible for everyone is a top priority for us at the SFMTA. So, we have created the Accessibility Strategy. This will help us improve transportation for older adults, people with disabilities and everyone who uses Muni. Last year, more than 1,300 people took our Needs Assessment survey. Three priorities stood out across the responses: affordability, reliability and flexibility.
